Terms of use

Effective 23 October 2026.

1. Agreement

By installing or using the Nodavox Android app or browsing nodavox.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the site.

2. Licence

E-Tech Consulting grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Nodavox on Android devices you own or control, for monitoring networks and services you own or are authorised to monitor.

3. Acceptable use

Nodavox sends network probes to the hosts you configure. You must only monitor hosts and services you own or have permission to test. Do not use Nodavox to scan, probe or load third-party systems without authorisation, and do not configure schedules intended to disrupt a service. You are responsible for complying with the laws and network policies that apply to you.

4. Early access

Nodavox is currently distributed through Google Play testing tracks. Features may change, and builds may contain defects. Back up your setup using the JSON export before upgrading if continuity matters to you.

5. No warranty

Nodavox is provided "as is". Monitoring runs on a consumer phone and is subject to Android power management, network conditions and device settings. It is not a substitute for a managed monitoring service, and we do not warrant that every outage will be detected or every alert delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, E-Tech Consulting is not liable for any loss arising from use of or inability to use Nodavox, including missed alerts, downtime, data loss or decisions made on the basis of monitoring results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection that cannot be excluded.

7. Third-party services

If you choose to share Nodavox prompts or exports with an AI assistant or any other third-party service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. Nodavox does not integrate with or send data to such services itself.

8. Intellectual property

Nodavox, the connected-N mark and the tagline "Your network. Your control." are the property of E-Tech Consulting. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to run the app.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a new version at nodavox.com/terms with a new effective date. We may discontinue the app or any feature at any time. You may stop using Nodavox at any time by uninstalling it, which removes all of its data from your device.
